1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect and why

3. Cookies and similar storage
- ar_consent (local storage in your browser): remembers whether you accepted or declined. Strictly necessary for the banner to work.
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics): distinguish visitors and sessions. Set only after you accept.
- googtrans (Google Translate): remembers the language you picked. Set only after you accept and use the widget.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Declining removes the analytics and translation cookies we can reach.
4. Who receives your data
We use these providers, who process data on our behalf or under their own terms: Google (Analytics and Translate), Tally (the request form), PayPal (payments), our hosting provider, and the providers that operate the AI agents and tools we use to fulfill your request. We do not sell your personal data.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on it, and we delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them. Payment and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics account.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to contact@agentresearch.online.
You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In Romania this is ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
